The online application window for TNPSC Group 1 Combined Civil Services Examination-I (Notification No. 05/2026) closed on 29 July 2026. A total of 26 vacancies have been announced for posts including Deputy Collector, Assistant Commissioner and District Registrar.
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission has postponed the Group 1 Preliminary Examination from the earlier scheduled date of 6 September 2026 to 27 September 2026 (9:30 AM to 12:30 PM). The notification was issued on 16 July 2026 via Addendum No. 5A/2026.
