The Board of Secondary Education Odisha officially released the OTET 2026 notification on March 23, 2026. The online application window opened on March 26 and closed on May 9, 2026, for candidates aspiring to teach Classes I to VIII.
The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test 2026 was successfully conducted on July 5, 2026, in two shifts. Paper I was held from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and Paper II from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The exam was originally scheduled for May 29, then rescheduled to June 21 and June 28 before the final date.
