MPSC announced that the Preliminary Examination for the Meghalaya Civil Service (MCS) will be conducted on September 26, 2026 at five centres: Shillong, Tura, Jowai, Nongstoin and Williamnagar. Paper I will be held from 10 am to 12 noon, while Paper II will be conducted from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The Meghalaya Public Service Commission has made call letters available for download from its official website for the MCS [October 2025] Preliminary Examination. The call letters contain details of examination venue, subjects and timings.
