Both interest me equally. Looking purely at scoring + content load + overlap with GS, what's been the recent trend?

PSIR has more GS overlap (especially polity + IR). Sociology scores slightly higher on average but content load is higher too. PSIR is the safer choice if you're balancing prelims + mains.
