3 viable paths.
Class 12 (PCB/PCM) → DPharm/BPharm → Job
2-year DPharm or 4-year BPharm. State-level PMET or NEET (some states).
BPharm → MPharm (GPAT)
GPAT for MPharm; opens pharmacology/clinical pharmacy roles.
BPharm → MBA → Pharma management
